Tom is simply terrific. As a professor of computer science I am quite capable of maintaining my own systems, but there are times when even I get baffled, such as when my laptop sound card doesn't even appear in the list of devices. From the moment I called Lappy Fix to the time I walked out with a fixed up laptop, it was a great experience ! Tom Cao was super friendly and professional. My HP laptop's hinge and backcover were broken. Tom immediately ordered the parts and replaced the parts and made the laptop look new !Definitely recommend !

This shop is amazing. My laptop would not boot on a Friday morning, so I brought it to the shop. Tom quickly found that the hardware was fine, but that Windows had been corrupted during an upgrade. He made sure all my data was backed up and re-installed Windows. It was ready by mid-afternoon, and the price was unbelievably reasonable.

Lappy Fix did a great job fixing up an older iMac for me, and it’s waaaaay faster than I remember it ever being, like having a new computer. Their turnaround time was super fast, service profession, and prices very reasonable.

I cannot praise this shop enough. The service and skill are impeccable. Very quick turnaround time and very reasonably priced. I have used Lappy Fix for years and have never been unhappy. If you need tech help, this is the place to go. I would give ten stars if I could.

They made my laptop like 100x faster for way less money than I expected! So much better than having to get a new laptop. They also helped me recycle some old hardware, and take personal information off that hardware so it was safe to get rid of. Thanks, great to have this company in town!

Tom did an excellent job fixing my desktop which wouldn't complete booting. He also installed a new SSD and cloned the old drive over to it. All this was done quickly and he updated me along the way.Highly recommended.
